SHIPPING POLICY
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Most of our jewelry is made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. We wrap, box and ship UPS ground or USPS (unless you indicate otherwise). UPS will only deliver to a street address. If you submit a P.O. Box as your shipping address, we will ship your order via US postal. Insured mail
For all orders under 2 pounds shipping is $8.00 per address (not including insurance and handling charges).
All orders within the United States over $200.00 are fully insured and SHIP FREE.
We reserve the right to wait for the customer's personal check to clear prior to shipping. Allow approximately 5-7 days for delivery after customers check has cleared.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love what you buy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase Exchanges or Store Credit are allowed with receipt, within 14 days of purchase. We offer NO REFUNDS. Only exchanges or store credit.
Please allow up to 3 weeks.
We cannot be obligated to accept the return of damaged, tangled or worn merchandise. When exchanging your merchandise please WRAP, BOX, and INSURE YOUR PACKAGE. Credit cannot be issued if your package is lost or damaged.
